For more than 75 years, the Bailey family has been serving Arkansas with a commitment to quality craftsmanship, hard work, and integrity. What began as a small painting operation in Conway has grown into one of the largest commercial painting companies in the state, while remaining rooted in the same family values that started it all.
The beginning
In 1949, Frank Bailey began painting in Conway, Arkansas. With a small crew of just two or three employees, he built a reputation for dependable service and quality workmanship. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, Frank established the foundation that would become Bailey Paint Company.
During the early 1960s, Frank's son, David Bailey, joined the business and learned the trade alongside his father. Together, they continued to grow the company, earning the trust of clients throughout Arkansas. Their success led to the official incorporation of Bailey Paint Company in 1981, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the family business.

Generations
In 1988, David's son, Eric Bailey, joined the company as a painter, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Over the years, Eric gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the business while helping lead Bailey Paint through significant growth and expansion.
As commercial construction opportunities increased throughout Arkansas, Bailey Paint Company evolved into one of the state's leading commercial painting contractors. Despite its growth, the company never lost sight of the values that built its reputation: honesty, quality craftsmanship, reliability, and treating every client with respect.
Following Frank Bailey's passing in May 2002, David continued leading the company while preserving the legacy his father had established. In 2018, Eric assumed the role of President, becoming the third generation of Bailey family leadership.
A Fourth Generation Continues

Today, Bailey Paint Company proudly includes a fourth generation of Bailey family painters. Spencer, Beau, and Luke have joined the company, continuing a family tradition that spans more than seven decades.
Bailey Paint is proud to be the only four generation painting company in Arkansas. This distinction reflects not only the longevity of the business but also the commitment of each generation to carrying forward the values and reputation established by those who came before them.
