Built on People, Process & Purpose
Innovative Power Solutions is a North Little Rock-based electrical contractor and energy management solutions company specializing in commercial and industrial facilities. Our team supports clients through every phase—from assessment and estimating to project execution and long-term maintenance.
PROCESS
All of our projects are managed from our home office in Little Rock, Arkansas with a project manager assigned to each project. In order to have a thorough understanding of the project and all that it entails, this person is typically involved in the project from the pre-construction (audit/estimating) process through project closeout.
Generally speaking, we try to employ our own field personnel; in some cases such as maintenance, it is often sensible to perform this work with local, qualified subcontractors in order to deliver prompt and efficient service. Whether our crews consist of our own, in-house personnel, subcontractors, or a hybrid of the two, Innovative Power Solutions will always have a Field Superintendent on site and easily accessible.
We maintain positive working relationships with numerous subcontractors across the country, allowing us to meet the most aggressive and demanding schedules. All Field Superintendents and Subcontractors are accountable to a single General Superintendent, creating consistency in expectations and performance across the organization.
PURPOSE
Our goal is to create the best possible energy/electrical solution for any size project—whether single, intra-building location or large multi-facility complex. IPS completes the project in the shortest amount of time, at the lowest cost to our client. Simply stated, we strive to provide our clients optimal energy savings with maximum ROI (return on investment) and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. In order to achieve this, the IPS team aggressively pursues subcontractor and vendor pricing while researching the most sensible, economical solution for a given application.
