HALEY GARNER

With 15 years of industry experience, Haley Garner brings a dynamic blend of leadership, organization, and construction knowledge to her role as Operations Manager at TWC. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and St. Vincent’s College in Bridgeport, CT, Haley oversees day-to-day operations, supports project managers, coordinates bid solicitation, and ensures project workflow stays on track.

Her project portfolio is both broad and impressive, including work on Starbucks, 7-Eleven locations, AMC Theatres, Enhabit Health, PNC Bank, Rockbridge Montessori, Simmons Bank branch remodels, signage across nine states, and 17 Applebee’s remodels. She has also contributed to projects for Regus, an outpatient center, Beef Jerky Outlet, a Chevrolet dealership remodel, and Chick-fil-A.

Outside the office, Haley enjoys spending time with her son at the racetrack, fishing at the lake, and taking trips to unwind and explore new places.
