JOSHUA BLACKFORD
Traveling Superintendent
Joshua Blackford is a third-generation carpenter with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. A Master Carpenter by both education and experience, Joshua completed formal trade schools and union training programs before working on job sites throughout the Southwest. He has proudly maintained union membership for over three decades.

In 2020, Joshua stepped into his first Superintendent role, overseeing large-scale projects across California and Arizona. His leadership style is hands-on and built on a foundation of craftsmanship, safety, and doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no excuses.

Originally from Ohio, Joshua was raised in Arizona and later moved to California to build his career. He and his wife now call Arkansas home, where he continues to bring his passion for building and leadership to the team at Mulhearn Wilson Constructors.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his family. He is a devoted husband, father of six, and proud grandfather to nine grandchildren. As a kidney transplant recipient, Joshua leads by example—working hard, living with purpose, and showing that resilience builds more than just structures.
